We recently converted a second hand shipping container on a bespoke basis to include a full light, heat and electrics system.  The unit was then painted in cherry red so that it would stand out on-site.  As you can see, once a container has been converted and freshly painted, it is really very hard indeed to tell it is a second hand shipping container (cut down from a larger 20ft unit).  See below for a selection of images. Complete a QUICK QUOTE here.

Bespoke Container Conversions

Custom modified shipping containers can be used for a whole range of uses.  The first question you have to ask is what would you use the pop up container for?  Recent examples of container conversions include a pop-up hotel in Belgium and a coffee shop in Colorado.  You may, for example, have a retail shop and are looking for a new and exciting venue to trade from, or a mobile food business, looking for a pop up unit to serve food from.

Which Size?

Containers come in a whole range of different sizes, however, the two most common sizes are 20ft and 40ft containers.  A 20ft shipping container would be ideal for a smaller pop-up unit, such as a retail unit or shop. A 40ft container, double the size, could be used for a larger pop-up venue, including a bar, cafe or combined shop and food outlet.
