Office container and workshop conversion

We were approached to convert a 40ft x 8ft ISO shipping container into a combined office and workshop unit.

Bell Container supplied the container itself and carried out all the conversion works to the client’s specification.

The container was externally reconditioned and re-painted in the client’s colour of choice, on this occasion, being dark green.

Office specification included:

• single access steel security door into the container
• ceiling and walls fully insulated and lined in white board
• 3 x sliding glass windows with steel shutters
• electrics pack to include ceiling lights, power sockets and electric heaters all wired into a 32A with an external jack-plug
• heavy duty lino flooring

Workshop specification included:

• fully reconditioned and re-painted internally
• original container door entry into the workshop
• partition with internal access door into the office
• electrics pack to include ceiling lights and plug points
