Pop-up Shipping Container Cafes
Bell Container have recently been involved in the creation of several ‘pop-up shipping container’ cafe and servery conversion projects – ranging from use as a container bar or pop-up cafe to a pop-up retail servery unit and portable tuck-shop.
Working with a range of clients, ranging from start-up pop-up cafe and bar entrepreneurs to larger corporate clients, we have a range of units to offer can can include retro-fit side doors, i.e. to provide a ‘walk-up’ bar type opening or outward/up-ward opening serving hatches.
We design units based on client’s specification and can customise units in terms of container colour and also position of door and window layouts. Internally, we fully insulated and line units (wall and ceiling) and also fit front and rear work-tops, which can also include sink units, hand-wash basins and hot water boilers. In addition, electrics will include ceiling lights, plug points and small heaters (if required).

We also arrange delivery direct to our clients’ locations using hi-ab equipped specialised container delivery vehicles, i.e. with self-loading cranes capable of delivering containers on-site. We offer a nationwide delivery service for such container conversions and have our own conversion workshop, so can build these containers bespoke to our clients’ specification.
