Our range of partitioned or combined 20ft office units, will provide your sites and site personnel with added flexibility, being able to combine a separate office area (often with its own independent access point) with a larger welfare area (partitioned from the office) which can be used for canteen or drying purposes.
General specification of our combined 20ft portable office and welfare units, include the following:
- One or two, steel personnel entry doors
- two or three sliding glass windows with steel shutters (or wire mesh protection)
- original container floor overlain with heavy duty lino flooring
- internal walls and ceiling fully lined
- internal partition between office and welfare areas (with inter-connecting access door, between two areas)
- electrics to include two ceiling strip lights, plug points and one electric heater wired into a 32A consumer unit with external jack-plug
- welfare (canteen) areas will be fitted with a (mains) sink unit, inc. under-sink cupboard and hot-water boiler (including necessary in and outlet pipes)
- generally finished externally in either our hire fleet blue or green colours
