A popular choice for our container conversions, adding roller shutters or replacing original container doors with a galvanised roller shutter system, provides a cost-effective and secure access solution, when opening and closing doors is not an available option on-site.
Ideally suited for market-traders, we have supplied containers fitted with roller shutters on smaller 10ft x 8ft, 20ft and 40ft containers; providing a wide, clear opening with a near invisible footprint; as the shutter mechanism simply ‘rolls up’ into a secure, head-unit located above the shutter opening.
For added ease of use, the roller shutter can be motorised and connected into the electrics system of the container, so as to allow key or remote operation, either internally or externally. The motorised roller shutter, which also is supplied (as standard) with a manual override, enhances the use of the shutter and allows the user to effortlessly open and close the shutter.
Roller shutters can either be supplied in original galvanised finish or can be powder coated to match the external colour of your container or to stand-out can be finished externally in any required colour of choice, from the available RAL colour charts.
