The all new Folda-kiosk is fully insulated and man-portable making it ideal for a huge range of applications. Thanks to its innovative design and fold up hatch, the foldable kiosk unit provides a temporary or semi-permanent building space for the catering, retail, tourism and commercial sectors, to name but a few. So, whether being used as a place for serving food and beverages, as an information centre, retail outlet or ticket office, the foldable kiosk container, provides the most flexible, cost-effective and robust solution on the market.

Pre-fitted 18mm grade 3 ‘OSB wooden floor ’ screwed to a galvanised steel profile frame.
Chassis
The chassis are a system constructed from a combination of Galvanized U and C Channel steel profiles.
Walls
Panels are composed of outer and inner skin that shall be 0,40mm painted with 5micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet, 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation in between. Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.
Roof
Panels are composed of outer and inner skin that shall be 0,40mm painted with 5micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet , 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation in between.Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.
Door Panel
0.6 mm corrugated galvanized steel panel. Single door mounted into a steel frame with stainless steel hinges, complete with two way locking mechanism and padlocks, door handle will be on the locking mechanism. There will be Glasswool insulation inside of the door panel.
Hatch Panel
Panels are composed of outer and inner skin that shall be 0,40mm painted with 5micron primer, 20 micron finishing coat galvanized steel sheet, 40 mm thickness Polyurethane insulation in between. Outer skin is RAL 6005 Green, inner skin is RAL 9002 Off-White.
The hatch is hinged to open upwards and can be secured from the inside with by two latches
Lifting Hooks
There will be 4 lifting hoods bolted to corners on the roof

- Outer surface – 0.60mm galvanized steel electrostatic powder coated in RAL 6005 (Moss Green).

Roof
- Exterior covering – 0.60mm powder coated box profile galvanized steel with two gutters for effective rainwater disposal to all four corners.
- Interior – vacuum bonded sandwich panels. Insulation – 50mm polystyrene.
- Inner surface – 0.60mm galvanized steel powder coated in RAL 9002 (Off-White).
- Snow loading – 75kg/m2 evenly distributed.
Chassis / Frame
- Box profile, hot dipped galvanized steel Corner columns – 1.5mm cold formed DKP steel. All surfaces are powder coated in RAL 6005 (Moss Green).
- Floor Construction – 18mm OSB board covered with 2mm PVC linoleum (flash point B1 difficult to burn, smoke density Q1). Floor section has no insulation. Floor loading – 150kg/m2 evenly distributed.
Door
- Frame – cold formed powder coated galvanized steel sheet min 1.25mm.
- Outer Door – both surfaces powder coated (External – Moss Green, internal – Off-White) galvanized flat steel sheet.
- 0.60mm thick, complete with door handle and replaceable euro cylinder lock.
Window
- Frames – cold formed powder coated galvanized steel sheet 1.25mm thick.
- Window – uPVC double glazed window frame with vacuum sealed unit. (4+9+4).
- Size – 805mm x 1135mm.
- Type – vertically inward opening mechanism with single handle and lock.
Electrical Equipment
- No electrical wiring and equipment fitted. The unit is designed to have a surface mounted electrical installation.
